Mais um Di Giorgio chegando aqui no feed e esse está mais que especial. 
Esse violão foi construído provavelmente no final dos anos 50/Início dos anos 60, ainda no estilo "superSon", criação de Romeo Di Giorgio, e usado na década anterior.
Esse violão é daqueles instrumentos muito leves, uma pena, com o timbre mais seco e muito aberto.
Ele tem o madeiramento mais simples, tampo de marupá e caixa de imbuia. O tampo e o fundo são laminados e as laterais são maciças. Como já sabemos, violões dessa época com madeiramento maciço costumam trincar, e esse violão não escapou disso, ele já passou por uma colagem de trinca no tróculo que chegou em parte das laterais, o serviço foi de primeira e com um ótimo acabamento.
O acabamento ainda é o original, que está lindo por sinal. A roseta tem um tom azul que combina com a plaquetinha do headstock, um charme. As tarraxas são antigas e horvath, porém não são as originais. Agora sobre a tocabilidade, esse é o diferencial desse violão, está uma manteiga, um violão que toca sozinho.

Another Di Giorgio has arrived here, and this one is truly special.
This guitar was likely built in the late 50s/early 60s, still in the "superSon" style created by Romeo Di Giorgio, and used in the previous decade.
It's one of those very light instruments, a feather, with a dry and very open tone.
It features simpler woodwork, with a marupá top and an imbuia body. The top and back are laminated, while the sides are solid. As we know, guitars from this era with solid wood often crack, and this one is no exception. It has undergone a crack repair in the neck block, which extended to part of the sides, but the repair was done with top-notch craftsmanship and finish.
The finish is still original and is in beautiful condition. The rosette has a blue hue that matches the headstock plaque—such a charming detail. The tuners are old Horvath, although not the originals. Now, as for playability, this is where this guitar stands out—it plays like butter
